The curious minds at iFixit uncovered a Broadcom Bluetooth chipset inside the innards of an iPod touch 2G, something that was withheld from the general public during the device’s launch a Broadcom BCM4325 Bluetooth 2.1+EDR chip. (That’s the silverrectangle in the middle of the top circuit board there.)
