Question by : My myTouch 3G Slide’s internal memory is FULL?! HELP!!?
this keeps happening. No matter how many apps, contacts, photos or music i delete it just gets full again. The crazy thing about it is I NEVER USE MY PHONE ANYMORE because im always so busy so i only use it to call 3 or 4 people. I’ve tried everything like deleting all the apps that didn’t come standard, deleting all my music and pics, deleting each text and email and stopping the income of emails, AND i even tried deleting my own contacts and just writing them on paper. This is the most frustrating thing i have ever dealt with when it comes to phones and I’ve never had this problem with any phone especially one i never use. I even called T-Mobile and asked them how to transfer whats on my phone memory onto my SD Card but they were literally NO HELP.

Can anyone help me? I need someone who knows how to help me not someone who thinks they know. Thanks ahead of time….
It tells me it’s 90% full. I don’t want to format it or works reset because then i lose everything and i have important stuff on here even though i dont use it that much. Too many important things on here to write down thats why i keep them on here.

try a hard ware reset or works reset..if its android yo should be healthy to do it yourself just mess through the settings if not take it to the store and theyll do it for you for free(if you have insurance) or take it to the manufactures

on your phone go to menu, settings, Touch SD & Phone storage, Under Internal phone storage, view the Available space listed. If that number is between 25 and 100mb then that is a false error message. If the available memory is at 0 then there is an application somewhere that you have not found that is eating up your memory space. Either way a hard reset should take care of this issue. By default all media (songs, pictures) stores to your SD card automatically however all applications go to the internal memory and there is no way to change that.
